What's the difference between a Forever Loved Box and a Personalized Forever Loved Box?

A Forever Loved Box is for bouquet preservation only. If you're interested in adding a sentimental item with the bouquet, such as the Groom's boutonniere, an invitation, ribbon, charms, etc. in the keepsake, you'll need to purchase a 'Personalized' listing.
What are my keepsake design options?

During checkout, you will be prompted to choose your special keepsake design. You’ll find several drop-down options, which may include frame orientation, frame color, and floral design, depending on your order. Our Signature Forever Loved Boxes are 11"x14", but we also offer larger sizes to suit your needs. Custom orders are welcome if you require larger frames, multiple frames, or have specific design preferences. For details on floral design options to select during checkout, please refer to the graphics below. Alternatively, you can select "Artist's Choice" to let us surprise you with a unique floral design! For custom orders, please email info@pressedrosestudio.com and we will work closely with you to create an order catered to your vision!
How do I ship my bouquet?

After your booking inquiry has been approved, you will receive an email with detailed next steps and shipping instructions. Please use only paper-based materials for wrapping. Do not wrap live flowers or greenery in plastic, as this can cause suffocation, mold growth, and decay. If you have not yet submitted a booking inquiry, please do so on our homepage by filling out the Booking Inquiry form. We will review your submission and get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I drop my bouquet off?

Yes, we currently accept local drop-offs, but please note that this option must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Our business address is appointment-only, so please contact us ahead of time to schedule a convenient time and date for your drop-off. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Can I purchase a giftcard?

Yes! Pressed Rose Studio Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount, with an option to add a personal message. Gift Cards will be sent to the recipient via email as an eGift Card and can be applied towards any item listed on our website. Good news: Gift Cards do not expire!
Can I include a piece from my dress and an invitation with my bouquet?

Yes! Once your booking inquiry has been approved and you're ready to place an order, you'll need to select a 'Personalized' Bouquet Box. Pricing includes personalization details to go with your bouquet such as wedding dress scraps, ribbon, charms, or stationary, etc. Please contact us with any questions about your order, we are here to help!
My wedding already passed. Is it too late to preserve my bouquet?

First off, congratulations on getting married! We have plenty of experience working with old bouquets and love to create keepsakes with dried flowers. However, we'll need to confirm a few details before moving forward to confirm that your bouquet is in good condition for pressing. Please send us an email with a photo of your bouquet to info@pressedrosestudio.com
What if my flowers are dried or artificial?

We love working with dried bouquets and artificial flowers! However, we'll need to confirm a few details before moving forward to confirm that your bouquet is in good condition for pressing. Please submit a booking inquiry on our website and send a photo of your flowers to info@pressedrosestudio.com
Will my entire bouquet be pressed into the frame?

Probably not. Most bouquets are too large to fit into a single frame, and some flowers may not be suitable for preservation using our methods. We carefully select the most vibrant flowers and greenery from your bouquet to ensure that only the best elements are used in the design. Our Signature 11"x14" Forever Loved keepsake boxes will feature a mini version of your bouquet. Any flowers not used in the frame will be discarded. However, if you prefer to have your entire bouquet preserved, we offer larger shadow boxes and can accommodate custom order requests. Some brides choose to press their bouquet into multiple frames, which is also a great option! If you’d like to keep any unused flowers and greenery, please let us know as soon as possible via email, and we'll be happy to ship them back to you separately. Email: info@pressedrosestudio.com
