Customer Care
We promise to handle your bouquet and personal items with delicate care, as if they were our own. Each order is meticulously crafted by our artists from start to finish to create one-of-a-kind keepsakes for you to treasure for a lifetime.

Important: Please do not ship your bouquet until you receive approval from Pressed Rose Studio (PRS). This ensures your date is locked in and we can properly preserve your arrangement. Unapproved floral preservation orders may not be processed. Orders should be placed in advance by submitting a booking inquiry, which will be approved based on your floral arrangement type, wedding date, and our availability. Last-minute orders are welcome, but approval is not guaranteed. Design consultations with our artists are optional and complimentary for any order or inquiry.

To avoid mold growth, PRS typically does not approve succulent or cactus preservation orders and will not accept rotten floral arrangements.

For sanitary reasons, garments and personal items must be clean and free of food/drink, bodily fluids, stains, or damage before shipping. We will not process items that appear stained, damaged, or otherwise unclean. Such items may be discarded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure personal items meet our standards for preservation services.
Shipping & Handling
(Keepsakes Only)
Approved orders will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions. At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States. Customers are responsible for shipping their items to our studio. All items must be properly packed, sealed, and addressed. Finished keepsake box shipping from our studio to your home is complementary and covered by us.

Approved bouquets should be shipped within 3 days after the wedding to ensure flowers arrive in optimal condition. We recommend FedEx Priority 1-Day or UPS Next Day Overnight shipping. USPS Priority Mail Express may be used from urban areas but can be delayed in rural locations. Late bouquet arrivals may cause petals to decay, impacting the pressing process. If your bouquet arrives in poor condition, PRS will notify you immediately to determine the best way to preserve your flowers.

While we prioritize careful handling, transit always carries a rare risk. PRS is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping, and we strongly recommend adding insurance through your carrier. Should damage occur, we will notify you immediately and guide you through the resolution process.
Refunds & Exchanges

Cancellation Window: You may cancel any order within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.

After Shipping: If your florals or garments have already been shipped to us, we will promptly return them. Return shipping and a 10% handling fee will apply.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days for orders canceled within the window.

Exchanges: Due to the nature of preservation services, we do not offer exchanges.

Preservation & Keepsake Care
​As with any floral preservation process, natural plant colors vary and may change slightly overtime. To ensure your bouquet stays in tip top condition, we recommended keeping it in a dry and stable location, out of direct sunlight.

Orders that aren't purchased on our website can be manually processed by Pressed Rose Studio using a Square card reader or digital invoice, QR code, cash, or Zelle. Any unpaid balance exceeding 30 days will be considered an incomplete order and the finished keepsake will not be sent to the customer.
